We took the findings with a grain of salt–after all, it’s easy to trace an individual to a corporation and the graph doesn’t specify what influence the member wielded.
But perhaps it’s a compelling argument for why the meetings should be public.

Chemtrailing has other classified intentions, the foremost being rapid weather modification, the weapon of weapons. A foreign power can be brought to its knees thru drought and famine rather than soldier’s boots on the ground. Other uses of chemtrailing include biological and chemical warfare. Aerosol death can be deployed over years or days, as a biological or chemical warfare delivery system. Weapons scientists have already admitted to conceptualizing geoengineering as a weapon. Several government agencies, including the Air Force, have released denials to civilian chemtrail research. Many people find it hard to believe that the government would be involved in any secret program or experiments that would harm the public. The evidence is to the contrary.
Both high ranking officials with the CIA and the FBI have come forward about the chemtrail program.

Chemtrail jets are known flying out of Pinal Airfield/Evergreen Air in Arizona, there are 4 planes flying out of the air national gaurd field at Lincoln Nebraska, and an unknown number of planes out of Fort Sill Oklahoma.
The program appeared to go “online” around 1997, though sightings of short-lived aerosol spray cloud construction goes back to the 1970s. Whistleblowers and discovered documents have identified the chemtrail program as Icarus, Deep Shield, Shield Project and Project Cloverleaf to name a few. Now the government is calling it geoengineering (and say it doesnt exist yet). But it is accurate to say that around 1997, one by one people became startled at the appearance of their first trail sighting. A: It doesn’t upset me to write on the topic of the Illuminati, I was explaining why I write under a pen name, that is all.
I received a letter recently in which it was alleged that I write under a pen name because I’m a phony, which is not true at all. I am a freelance writer on the side (I write for nursing magazines and publications on health topics that have NOTHING to do with abuse) and understand the need for fact checking, so no offense is taken at your wanting to know my background. In fact, it shows you are a responsible editor, which I admire. I have nothing to hide. My story is 100% true.
I have gained no money for disclosing; I do NOT go on talk shows, I am unknown and prefer it this way. I have absolutely no secondary gain from doing this, other than the medical bills for my children, which means I work three part-time jobs.
This is to answer the skeptics who say that people disclose for: sympathy (I don’t want any and don’t need it. I made choices and mistakes in my life, and am now involved in restitution); money (I earn $20 a MONTH for my site on Suite 101. I earn $150 to $250 an article when I write on Women’s health. Guess which topic I write on more frequently? Yep. Women’s health, on completely non-abuse issues. The editors of the Nursing magazines and women’s magazines don’t know about the other topic I write on, another reason I write under a pen name.) I don’t write for fame. Instead, if my co-workers knew about my past, I risk losing my job. I have everything to lose by disclosing, everything to gain by being silent.
But I also know that this kind of child abuse must be stopped. As a Christian, and as one who stands against child abuse, I have decided to speak out against cult abuse by writing articles that expose it. I also know that there are a number of people outspoken on this topic who have published, and they could possibly be back-up information for you. I don’t know any of them, since I have no contact with other survivors other than my own family, but it is a possibility.
Anyway, to your questions:
Q: Svali, I think our readers are wondering ‘Is the Illuminati a religion, secret society, satanism or is it a combination of it, or something different all together, or more sinister?’
A: The Illuminati is a group that practices a form of faith known as “enlightenment”. It is Luciferian, and they teach their followers that their roots go back to the ancient mystery religions of Babylon, Egypt, and Celtic druidism. They have taken what they consider the “best” of each, the foundational practices, and joined them together into a strongly occult discipline. Many groups at the local level worship ancient deities such as “El”, “Baal”, and “Ashtarte”, as well as “Isis and Osiris” and “Set”.
This said, the leadership councils at times scoff at the more “primitive” practices of the anarchical, or lower levels. I remember when I was on council in San Diego, they called the high priests and priestesses the “slicers and dicers”, who kept the “lower levels happy”. This is not to offend anyone, it only shows that at the leadership levels, they often believe they are more scientifically and cognitively driven. But they still practice the principles of enlightenment.
There are 12 steps to this, also known as “the 12 steps of discipline’ and they also teach traveling astral planes, time travel, and other metaphysical phenomena. Do people really do this, or is it a drug induced hallucination ? I cannot judge. I saw things that I believe cannot be rationally explained when in this group, things that frightened me, but I can only say that it could be a combination of cult mind control, drug inductions, hypnosis, and some true demonic activity. How much of each, I cannot begin to guess. I do know that these people teach and practice evil.
At the higher levels, the group is no longer people in robes chanting in front of bonfires. Leadership councils have administrators who handle finances (and trust me, this group makes money. That alone would keep it going even if the rest were just religious hog wash).
The leadership levels include businessmen, bankers, and local community leaders. They are intelligent, well educated, and active in their churches. Above local leadership councils are the regional councils, who give dictates to the groups below them, help form the policies and agendas for each region, and who interact with the local leadership councils.
At the national level, there are extremely wealthy people who finance these goals and interact with the leaders of other countries. The Illuminati are international. Secret? By all means. The first thing a child learns from “family, or the Order” as they are called, is “The first rule of the Order is secrecy”. This is why you don’t hear from more survivors who get out. The lengths that this group goes to, to terrify its members into not disclosing, is unbelievable.
I have seen set ups (oh, yes, they set up fake deaths, etc. ) where a person was “burned alive” to teach the children not to tell. They are told that this is a traitor, who disclosed,and now he is being punished. (The person wasn’t really a traitor, and is in a flame proof vest, but the vision of a person on fire and screaming remains with 3 and 4 year old children for a lifetime). And, when they are adults, even if they DO leave, scenes such as this mean they won’t tell many people for fear of being traced and punished.

The Rothschild-led international banking cartel learned long ago that it was much easier to brainwash people than to face off with them in open combat. Over the past decades these techniques, led by television “programming” have become quite sophisticated.
The US tested numerous top-secret high-tech weapons systems in the Gulf War theatre, while utilizing some old low-frequency favorites. When Iraqi ground forces surrendered, many of them were in a state of delirium and lethargy that could have been induced by extremely low-frequency radio waves, which the US used as a weapon as early as the Vietnam conflict.
Yale University and CIA psychiatrist Dr. Jose Delgado studied mind control for the Company during the 1950’s as part of the MK-ULTRA program. Delgado determined, “Physical control of many brain functions is a demonstrated fact…it is even possible to create and follow intentions…By electronic stimulation of specific cerebral structures, movements can be induced by radio command…by remote control.”
According to a military document written by Colonel Paul Valley and Major Michael Aquino titled From PSYOP to Mindwar: The Psychology of Victory, the US Army used an operational weapons system “to map the minds of neutral and enemy individuals and then to change them in accordance with US national interests”.
The technique was used to secure the surrender of 29,276 armed Viet Cong and North Vietnamese Army soldiers in 1967 and 1968. The US Navy was also heavily involved in “psychotronic” research. [1] Many US soldiers who served near the DMZ that divided North and South Vietnam claimed to see UFOs on a regular basis. The Pentagon Papers revealed that an electronic barrier was placed along the DMZ by the secretive JASON Society.
Major Michael Aquino was an Army psyops specialist in Vietnam, where his unit specialized in drug-inducement, brainwashing, virus injection, brain implants, hypnosis, and use of electromagnetic fields and extremely low-frequency radio waves. After Vietnam, Aquino moved to San Francisco and founded the Temple of Set.

Documents Reveal Rockefeller Foundation Actively Engaged in Mass Mind-Control

From archive material from the 1940s onward, it has become apparent that the Rockefeller Foundation has for decades now fanatically nurtured research into fear-inducing brainwashing techniques for the masses.
In a series of generous grants in the 1940s- and 50s, extended to Professor Carl I. Hovland of Yale University, the Foundation actively funded research into “the psychological mechanisms through which communications exert their influence.” Main research subject deals with the question of “how the individual deals with the welter of conflicting ideas with which he is constantly bombarded; how “wishful thinking” and emotional bias affect judgment; and whether the judgment process is transferred from one situation to another are among the problems to be studied”, we read in the 1954 Rockefeller yearly report.
Hovland, besides conducting research into behavioral and attitude-changes of groups, was also part of the Rockefeller Foundation’s social science staff. In addition to that, the professor was heavily involved in other branches of the Anglo-American establishment. In the study Origins of mass communications research during the American cold war by Timothy Glander, the author explains:
“(…) Hovland held key positions on several major national boards, including the Air Force’s Human Resources Research Institute, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Office of Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, and he doubtlessly had input in determining the research agendas that these organizations pursued.”
Already in 1948 the Foundation was directing cash toward Hovland and his team. In the 1948 report the authors outlined the reasons behind the grants given:
“An understanding of communication and attitude change is important to our educational system, to those who lead great organizations, and to those who are concerned with political opinion and behavior. More dependable knowledge of how effective communication may be achieved in the area of attitude and opinion is essential (…).”
In the days of the Cold War, propaganda was often so blatantly obvious to the accustomed-to-freedom westerner that it was more easily identifiable as such. The Rockefeller Foundation understood that the American people needed to be subjected to more sophisticated forms of manipulation if the gradual push for global government was to be effectively sold in the decades to come. As well as an obsession with interbreeding with each other to preserve their genetic structure, the Illuminati are also obsessed with symbolism and ritual. Interestingly, conventional science has documented that the reptilian part of the human brain (the R complex as they call it) is the source of the following behavior traits: An obsession with ritual, cold blooded behavior, territorialism “this belongs to me”, and an obsession with top down hierarchical structures. This sums up the Illuminati mentality perfectly and it goes that if you have more of that R complex, or that it is activated more than normal, you will manifest these traits far more profoundly.

The Destruction of The US Economy is Assured

The slide toward sovereign bankruptcy and economic collapse continues. The best efforts of politicians and their sycophants in the media to convince you otherwise are being contradicted routinely by the the harsh facts of the marketplace. Their propaganda appears increasingly incredible.
The private economy has shown virtually no improvement despite stimuli in magnitudes never before imagined. After trillions of dollars of deficit spending and similar amounts of Fed monetary chicanery no recovery has occurred. No recovery can occur until massive amounts of debt are liquidated. Current debt levels are unsustainable for many. For others, the debt requires spending reductions in order to reduce it. Others will just have to default in one fashion or another.
Much of the debt will never be repaid and will have to be defaulted upon. Government is trying to prevent this necessary liquidation from taking place. All that does is lock the economy into sub-standard performance, making a normal recovery impossible. In the process, government is adding massive new amounts of debt to their own over-leveraged situation.
Government strategy is misguided. It contradicts both common and economic sense. It will make the inevitable adjustment more painful. Instead of admitting their mistakes, government insists on compounding them. What we are seeing is good politics in the short-run and terrible economics, both short and long-term. The political class will not take responsibility for this economic tragedy. Instead, they pretend that they are improving matters. Despite all the propaganda suggesting a recovery, cracks in the system are widening and about to burst. There is no way to avoid what is coming:

Have you ever laid in your bed, late at night; hearing the muted roar of jet airplanes passing overhead? Have you ever heard so many planes at such an ungodly hour that you wonder weather or not there has been a big increase in the number of red-eye flights? I have. In fact, these things were happening when I rolled out of bed at 4:00AM to write this.
Have you ever known that you are being slowly murdered? Have you ever felt like you are in a room and a brown spray has begun emanating from nozzles overhead? Have you ever laid there, wanting to scream and being so angry that you feel like you’re losing your mind? I have.
You can feel that familiar dryness in your nasal passage. You know it is permeating your body. We’re breathing in a toxic soup. Right along with the spray comes the extreme low frequency directed energy waves.
This is completely inhuman. This is unacceptable. This is genocide.
How can this be happening? What did we ever do to deserve this reality? I guess it started with the original sin.
However it began, the fact is we are all being murdered and the establishment sits back and tells you it isn’t happening. It is the most maddening thing I have ever experienced. When you know that you’re being sprayed, you know that you are living in a nightmare.
As a boy, I naively assumed I would get a fair shake in life. As it turns out, I just get sprayed. How can I or anybody else do anything with our lives while we are sprayed? It is a relentless attack against our mind, body and spirit. We are all living through a type of muted existence where it is impossible to achieve our full potential.
I don’t know if I am even going to survive this. How easy do you think it would be for the chemtrail sprayers to load up their planes with viruses that could kill every living being exposed? It is a fact that taxpayers fund massive bioweapon research.
The fact that we are being sprayed is a damming indictment of the system that allows it to occur. The lines in the sky spell out, “This government is illegitimate.” I mean, I and many other laypeople can easily tell you for sure that tic-tac-toe grids in the sky are wrong, but the establishment arrogantly tells you this is normal.
Do you know how many form letter responses I have received from my US congressional representative, Lynn Woolsey, telling me contrails persist? This woman even sits on the House Science and Technology Committee and has her name on their reports about geoengineering. Did you see Bart Gordon (chairman of the committee) lying his ass off in ‘What in the World Are They Spraying? He couldn’t wait for that elevator to come.
It takes the most minimal powers of discernment to figure out that there is a problem, but somehow these revered leaders can’t figure it out; much less do anything about it. While humanity and our ecosystem are ravaged seemingly beyond repair, as fleets of giant airplanes dump megatons of toxic plumage into the sky, as mountains of scientific evidence pile up, these worthless sacks of garbage just sit there telling us we’re crazy. What’s crazy is the fact that you losers are not doing anything about it! Our society has obviously let us down and does not work.
What shall our collective compensation be for being sprayed every day? What shall be humanity’s compensation for the biggest genocide ever? If you ask the geoengineers, their answer will most undoubtedly be zero because, of all the geoengineering documents this author has read, it is a rare instance indeed for any such document to posit human health or environmental impacts at all. They don’t care about you.
After the system and establishment has let this occur for so long (and believe me, they’ve been spraying us for a long time), why should I believe that the system will hold anybody accountable? They rarely have before. If the people responsible for chemtrails were truly held accountable and the population was adequately compensated, it would bankrupt almost every major corporation, government and ruling family in the Western world. I mean, that would be great, but I’m not counting on it.
What should my compensation be for possibly helping to stop these operations? The only things I can see are clean air and water; two things I should have had in the first place. I never wanted this fight. I’m just defending myself. It’s just like any other fight. You don’t get anything out of it except ripped up clothing, injuries and possible legal trouble.
If we had a responsible and fair government, I would receive direct compensation for helping expose such a threat to Humanity and the Earth. When it comes to chemtrails (and many other things), everything the government does speaks to it’s illegitimacy.

The mysterious Legionnaire’s Disease occurs often in San Francisco and the CIA’s MK-ULTRA mind control bad acid program was based there.
